We specialize in the placement of attorneys, paralegals and administrative and support staff in direct hire, contract and temporary positions. We are legal professionals placing legal professionals, so we understand and are experienced in the specific needs of the legal marketplace. Our focus is on quality, and finding a good fit for both the candidate and the client.

Our bill rates vary depending on the level of experience needed and the type of work to be performed. We make every attempt to pay our staff the highest amount possible while providing our clients with reasonable and competitive rates.

We will never submit a candidate to our clients without first receiving the candidates’approval. When our candidate is in place, we take the time to check for customer satisfaction. If a client is not 100% satisfied with our candidates’ performance, we will make every effort to find an acceptable replacement, at our cost. We also provide custom invoicing to meet your specific billing requirements and full documentation of all charges.
