QUALITY ASSURANCE

Preferred has significant focus on assuring the quality of our resources and processes. Following are some of our key quality assurance activities:

1) High quality and accurate time recording, expense processing and billing is of the utmost importance at Preferred. All accounting functions are performed in house by highly competent individuals. A thorough system of double and cross checks is in place, rigorously followed and regularly enhanced to insure the timely and accurate pay for individuals and billing to our clients.

2) Preferred recruits high quality candidates as employees using multiple interviews, background checks and reference checks as steps to hiring.

3) Preferred's business structure is different than most similar companies. In our model, each manager has 10-30 years experience in their field and performs the sales, recruiting and management functions for all accounts assigned. We believe that one individual handling all these functions provides consistent and high quality support for our clients.

4) Preferred also performs annual insurance reviews to assure that all necessary insurance types and limits are properly in place and clients appropriately named as additional insured.
